The man who smoked cigarettes for the past 20 years has been on a mission to overcome his nicotine addiction.
In a new documentary, The Smoking Man, which premieres this week on PBS, the actor-comedian talks to people who’ve overcome their addiction to cigarettes, how it works, and what to do next.

I mean, smoking is like a disease.
It’s very hard.
There are many people who go through the whole process of starting a cigarette habit.
They can’t quit smoking because it’s so hard.
But once they get started, they’re hooked on cigarettes.
I think it’s very easy to quit if you want, but it’s hard.
I’ve seen it with people who were addicted to heroin.
It takes them a long time to quit.

And it’s not just about quitting.
When they stop, the habit comes back.
It just becomes another addiction.
How do I quit smoking if I’m an addict?
I quit smoking when I was 16 years old.
I was on a heroin and crack cocaine binge.
I started doing heroin at the age of 17.
I used to have one cigarette a day, three times a day.
I didn’t know why I was doing it.
I couldn’t quit.
And I did it.
It wasn’t until I started to smoke more that I understood why I would do it, because I was so high on the habit.
That was really the first step.
I quit at that age because I didn ‘t want to die.
But I don’t regret it at all.
I know I can quit and I know that I’m going to be fine, but I’m not happy with it.
What are the signs of addiction?
A lot of people say they can’t stop.
I say, You’re a smoker, and you have a habit.
If someone has the habit of smoking, they will quit.
I can’t tell you what they’ll do, because they don’t have the right information.
But if someone has a problem, they have to quit because they’re a bad person.
And it’ll happen over time.
I have never quit smoking a cigarette, but if I can see a person smoke, I know it’s a bad habit.
What’s the worst thing that could happen?
They could end up in jail.
I don ‘t care.
They don’t need a lawyer.
It could happen to you.
The worst thing I’ve experienced was when I quit drinking.
When I quit, I didn’ t have a problem.
I did drink.
But now I can drink.
I like the taste of beer, and I drink it regularly.
If I can get through my cigarette addiction, I can smoke one.
But when I stopped smoking, I started smoking again.
When you’re trying to quit, you want everything to go smoothly, so you don’t get frustrated.
The most important thing is to quit and have fun, and then you can stop.
How do I stop?
If you’re a young adult and you’re in a drug-induced haze, it could be hard to stop.
That could be the first sign.
That means you’re not in a normal frame of mind.
You might be feeling anxious.
You have no idea how long it’s going to last.
If that happens, you might be too high on nicotine.
Then, you’re like, “No, I’m fine.
It can take a few days, but the goal is to get your head in the right place.
Then you start thinking about what you want.
You want to stop smoking.
You need to stop using for a few weeks.
You don’t want to smoke because that’s your habit.
You also need to learn how to control the craving for cigarettes.
There is a lot of smoking that you don ‘ t know how to stop, but that’s not your problem.
You know that it’s your body that is causing you to be high.
If your body stops producing your body’s normal levels of nicotine, then you’re probably addicted.
I would say quit smoking and find out how to do it yourself.
The only way to stop is to stop your body.
If the craving is still there, it’s time to take steps to stop it.
You need to quit for a while.
